Muffine Cakes

Vanilla muffins

Method;

1. Take curd in a bowl.add sugar. Whisk this mixture. 2. Add melted muter. 3. Sieve the flour, add baking powder and baking soda. Add these dry ingredients to the curd and sugar mixture. 4. For chocolate muffin take little 2 tables oil mix cocoa power to make chocolate color. Add color to vanilla muffin mix .Preheat oven at 180dc for 10 minute before baking. 5. Take muffin cases fill them with muffin mixture to ¾ . 6. Add your flavoring like tutee fruity.chocochips, dry fruits, berry jam as per your choice as displayed in the class. 7. Bake muffins 180 dc 30 to 35 minute. Take out and cool before serving.

Apple cinnamon muffins

Method;

Cream butter and sugar until white and fluffy, add egg in installments add vanilla essence for flavor. Fold the flour add chopped apple ,raisins, cinnamon powder. make smooth cake batter. Pour the batter in to the greased and lined mould. Bake at 180dc for 20 to 25 mn.

Marble Muffins

Method;

Cream butter and sugar until white and fluffy, add egg in installments add vanilla essence for flavor. Fold the flour. Divide the mixture in two parts evenly. In one part add cocoa color mix it with light hand to give chocolate flavor .keep rest mixture plain Vanilla flavor. . Now take a mixing bowl and make both chocolate and vanilla with the help of whisker make marble designs then take approximately 50gm of mixture Pour the batter in to the greased and lined mould. Fill the mould ¾ .Place all the muffin moulds on the baking .Serve warm at room temperature. Bake at 180dc for 20 to 25mns in preheated oven.

Chocolate and walnut muffins

Method;

Cream butter and sugar until white and fluffy, add egg in installments add vanilla essence for flavor. On a brown paper sieve refined flour, cocoa powder and 5gm baking powder . Mix broken walnuts and mix well. Fold these dry ingredients in to the egg and sugar creamed mixture. Fill approximately 50gm of mixture in to the greased and lined mould. Fill the mould ¾ of the mould. .Place all the muffin moulds on the baking tray. Bake at 180dc for 20 to 25mn in preheated oven. Serve warm at room temperature.

Blue berry muffins

Method;

Cream butter and sugar until white and fluffy, add egg in installments add vanilla essence for flavor. On a brown paper sieve refined flour and baking powder . Fold these dry ingredients in to the egg and sugar creamed mixture without disturbing air incorporated inside. Now mix blue berries with very gentle hand. Fill approximately 50gm of mixture in to the greased and lined mould..Place all the muffin moulds on the baking tray. Bake at 180dc for 20 to 25mn in preheated oven. Serve warm at room temperature.

Choco chip muffins

Method;

Cream butter and sugar until white and fluffy, add egg in installments add vanilla essence for flavor. On a brown paper sieve refined flour, cocoa powder and 5gm baking powder. Fold these dry ingredients in to the egg and sugar creamed mixture. Add Chocó chips in the mixture ,Fill approximately 50gm of mixture in to the greased and lined mould. .Place all the muffin moulds on the baking tray. Bake at 180dc for 20 to 25mn in preheated oven. Serve warm at room temperature.
