Method;

1. Take cold butter in a bowl, add brown sugar, and beat them until sugar dissolves. 2. Add milk beat again 3. Sieve flour, wheat flour, and whitabix, baking powder together. Fold these dry ingredients to butter mix. 4. Make dough. Roll this dough on floured surface and cut with a round cookie cutter or of your choice. 5. Arrange these cut biscuits on oven baking tray and bake at 180 dc for 30mn.

Atta jeera cookies

Method;

1. Take butter and sugar .beat them with beating machine. 2. Add milk again beat them until paste becomes smooth. Sieve these dry ingredients wheat flour, milk powder, suji, baking powder, salt, jeera powder,). Fold them in to butter mix make dough. 3. Smooth the dough. 4. Roll this cookie dough on floured surface, sprinkle whole jeera on it roll again to insert the jeera seeds. 5. Cut with cookie cutter of your choice. 6. Bake them at 180dc in preheated oven. For 30mn. 7. Cool and store in jars.

Method;

Take flour and chilled butter. 2. Rub them to gather add baking powder, poppy seeds, salt. 3. Add masalas like garlic powder, chopped coriander ,kasuri methi.crushed pepper) 4. Make tight dough. Roll on floured surface, make thin sheet. 5. Cut with cutter or pizza cutter in square shape and arrange on baking tray. 6. Preheat oven for 10 mn at 180dc. 7. Dock the crackers with fork. 8. Bake in the oven for 25mn.

Method;

1. Take butter and sugar, beat together. 2. Add milk and beat again. 3. Sieve flour, oats (powdered), and baking powder. Add to butter mixture make cookie dough. 4. Make rectangle sticks 5. Freeze this stick for 5 to 6 hours in freezer 6. Preheat oven at 180dc. 7. Cut sliced from the cookie stick. 8. Arrange on the baking tray. 9. Bake at 180dc for 25 mn 10. Cool, dip in the melted dark chocolate. Store in the fridge. Serve with tea coffee

Method;

Pre heat oven at 180 dc .Line two trays with butter paper. Cream the butter and sugar in a small bowl using electric beater until light and creamy. Add milk and vanilla and beat until combined. Add the sifted flour and custard powder and mix to form soft dough. Keep the dough in the fridge for 30ms to cool. take the cookie dough roll with rolling pin on the flour dusted table make a sheet .cut with heat shape cutter .Make two set hearts for one cookie .Make hole in to one heat with small cookie cutter let other one remain as it Bake all the hearts at 180 dc for 12mns. Cool them. Take jam in a sauce pan add little sugar in to it and boil it for 5mns. Pipe this mixture in the heart without whole and place the other heat with hole on it make cookie sandwich .Dust icing sugar on it .store in airtight container.

Method;

Preheat oven at 180dc. Line two baking trays with butter paper. Sift the flour with cocoa powder in a large bowl make well in to it. Combine butter and chocolate in a small heat proof bowl, Bring a sauce pan of water to boil, then remove from heat .Set the bowl on the sauce pan then stir broken dark chocolate until melted. Add the chocolate mixture and the eggs to the dry ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon. But do not over heat . Remove the mixture from the pan keep on the table. Mix chocolate chips. Roll table spoon of mixture in to balls Place all balls on the tray at equal distance .bake them at 80 dc. For 12 mns.

Spoon the mixture in to the piping bag. Pipe with star nozzle in log shape. Bake the cookie at 180dc for 12mns. After cooking coat the half portion of the cookies with dark melted chocolate.

Method;

Pre heat ovento180dc.Line two baking trays with baking paper. Cream butter and sugar in a small bowl using electric beaters until light and creamy .Gradually add the egg yolks and vanilla essence Beat thoroughly. Sift the flour in to it. Smooth the mixture. Divide the mixture into parts .Add cocoa powder in to one part and make it chocolate color. Let other part remain white in color. Roll dark cookie dough on the floured surface. Same like white dough .Prepare two white sheets and two dark sheets place one on other sheets alternatively Place it in the fridge. Take out from the fridge cut in to slices and place these slices diagonally. Make check bars stick Freeze in to the fridge for 1 hr. Cut cookies with knife. Arrange the cookies on the tray at equal distance and bake at 180 dc for12minutes Keep the mixture in the fridge. Roll the dough on the flour surface.

Method;

Preheat oven at 180dc. Line two baking trays with butter paper. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt..In the bowl of electrical mixture beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the egg and egg yolk, beating until well combined. Beat in the vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture and beat just until incorporated .Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. (If the batter is soft keep in the fridge for 30minutes. Make small balls of the mixture, place on the baking tray leaving equal distance. Gently press the James in to the dough. Bake the cookies for about 14-17 minutes. The cookies are done when they are light brown color and just set around the edges. Remove from the oven, Cool for few minutes before transferring them to the wire rack to cool.
